So how does the process work when you’ve decided that you would like Omni to reduce your overhead spend?

1. Benchmarking and Audit

Omni will investigate your current costs for the given area you choose, identify contractual terms you are obligated to and also highlight any areas of concern. This will include gathering billing data from your supplier (so you don’t have to photocopy 12 months worth of past invoices and bills!)

2. Analysis and Tender

With your current situation audited and your requirements known Omni can then tender the services required to your current supplier and also prospective new suppliers. This process is managed throughout ensuring that each supplier has the same information and opportunity to provide the best quote based upon price, delivery and customer service.

3. Purchasing report

A detailed yet concise jargon-free report is produced showing clearly all the options available and their cost savings available.

4. Implementation

Omni assist in the implementation of the service, whether it’s with a new or current supplier. We organise any paperwork required and ensure that the service level agreements promised are fulfilled.

5. Maintenance and Support

By staying in regular contact we continue our service to ensure that you continue to receive the prices and levels of service attained at the implementation.

Our fees are simple and performance based, we only charge you 33%* of the first years saving, and that includes the audit, report, implementation and support for 12 months!

*Excludes Business rate cost reduction which is charged at 50% of the savings or rebates achieved.
